LDAN Prills of high quality are essential for preparation of ANFO and Emulsified or Heavy ANFO explosives.

For obtaining maximum release of energy in ANFO explosives, thorough mixing of the ingredients is essential and for large sized blasts, as manual mixing and loading of the explosives is difficult, mechanised mixing and loading of explosives by means of mechanised bulk handling and delivery trucks is an essential requirment now-a-days.

VBC have acquired such modern bulk explosives trucks, equipped with suitable electronics and hydraulics for proportioning, mechanical mixing and pouring the explosive blend down the holes in mines.

NITRIC ACID :

To meet the captive requirements of Nitric Acid for production of LDAN Prills and also for meeting the requirements of other Chemical Industries, VBC Industries has set up a modern Nitric Acid Plant of 13 tpd with technology from M/s. Project & Development India Limited (PDIL), who have extensive experience in the field. PDIL designed and engineered several Nitric Acid plants of small and large capacities.

VBC's Nitric Acid Plant produces acid at a high concentration of 60%. The high concentration is advantageous in the fields of Drugs and Pharmaceuticals, Dyestuffs, Explosives, Nuclear Fuels, Bullion Refining, Inorganic Nitrates and Other chemicals like Oxalic Acid etc.
